My refrigerator stopped cooling. I contacted smart step and got a quick response. After a brief talk I made an appointment. Technician Alex arrived exactly on time. He was in mask, gloves and shoe covers. In about 20 minutes found problem. He said something about starter relay for compressor. And he had it in stock! After about 1hr my subzero started cooling again. Also he provide me 90 days warranty.. These guys are really good.

Called a technician to repair a Whirlpool washing machine. The machine itself is about 10 years old, there was an extraneous sound during its work. The tech identified the problem: it turned out that the drain and recirculation pump were broken. As a result, the pump was replaced, in addition, the master cleaned the fine meshes in the pipes for free, which we had no idea about. The price was affordable, so I reccomend this place.

I have Alex from Smart Step Repairs to come to my house to check on my refrigerator which is not cooling today and Alex found out immediately that the problem is coming from the compressor and suggest that I should buy a new one instead of fixing it. Smart Step is a very honest business and I will definitely use their service in the future if I need to.
